Carr & Co. Realty was created by Larry Carr, who can only be described as a Colorado real estate expert from traveling the pilgrimage of the real estate path. He’s been an expert witness in court on real estate matters, been the voice of authority for city councils on zoning issues, and founded Metro Brokers to provide a platform with resource sharing for independent real estate brokers and agents across Denver, Colorado.

Larry then established Carr & Co. Realty after already becoming an expert as a way to focus back on connecting clients with their dreams and being a catalyst for business success. Industry knowledge was one thing, but Larry’s passion for housing and social impact led him to become the chair, director, and president of the Colorado Association of Realtors Housing Opportunity Fund (CARHOF).  CARHOF aims to deliver safe, decent, and affordable housing to all people within Colorado, and these moral values are one of the pillars of Carr & Co’s operations. Our owner’s passion for the industry trickles into every facet of our work and in finding winning solutions for our clients.
